Unveiling a greener way of contemporary living, Sondergate is a curated collection of luxury residences where the verdant surrounds of El Portal enrich sculpted architecture and sophisticated interiors. Brought to life by a world-class team, these bespoke residences establish a benchmark for a balanced life in one of Miami’s up-and-coming areas.
Sondergate was carefully sculpted from El Portal’s rich, textured natural landscape to express modern elegance and sophistication. Inspired by organic forms in the facade, the arch was the starting point for designing the logotype. It imbues a sense of rhythm, creating a carefully composed symphony of movement and the sensation of another dimension of living.
Our art direction fostered seamless integration with the streetscape. We presented a color palette that winks at the indoor and outdoor greenery. The brick orange color reminisces Miami’s spectacular sunsets and imbues the brand with a constant calm and warmth.
Our work involved developing a graphic system to support an active out-of-home sales strategy throughout the city. We also created bespoke editorial pieces for marketing events centered around the project’s core values and sustainability mindset.
